Our apartments are located in the attractive northern part of Örebro—a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood with easy access to both the vibrant city center and green spaces.

You will be just a 12–15 minute walk from Örebro University Hospital and the city center, where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shopping, and services. The area also offers excellent public transportation with convenient bus connections and easy access to both the northern and southern parts of the city.

If you're traveling by car, the E18/E20 highway is only about five minutes away, making it easy to travel to and from Örebro.

For golf enthusiasts, there are approximately ten golf courses within a 5–40 km radius, providing plenty of opportunities for a round after work or during your free time.

The idea behind Villa 18 was born more than 20 years ago. Through our travels and countless overnight stays, both in Sweden and abroad, we have gathered valuable experience and inspiration from many different types of accommodation.
