We spent three wonderful months at "Boendekvalitet after relocating from Australia to Sweden, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The thoughtful design and cozy atmosphere created a relaxing and welcoming environment from day one.

The location is excellent — peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from Örebro’s city centre. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby, and a large park within walking distance provided the perfect setting for daily walks and enjoying nature. We also had access to the charming garden, which was especially delightful during the summer months. 

Göran and Monica were exceptional hosts. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely welcome and were always available to assist with any questions or requests. Their kindness and hospitality made a significant difference and greatly eased our transition to life in Sweden. We are truly grateful for our stay and highly recommend Boendekvalitet to anyone looking for comfortable, welllocated accommodation with warm and attentive hosts."

"We have been living in one of the apartments for almost two years and we couldn't have wished for a better place to be in Örebro. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood central north and with grocery stores very nearby. Outside you can find a beautiful and peaceful garden to enjoy. Inside the house there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room and the main bedroom is very cozy. There is also a smaller bedroom fully prepared for children or some visitors. Moreover, there are enough closets very well organized for the storage of the whole family. You really have everything you need to feel at home when you are sleeping away.

Besides that, Monica and Göran have been amazing to us. They are very kind people who received us with open arms. Always friendly and helpful with everything we may have needed. They are really welcoming and the best people you could meet. We feel very grateful and we'll never forget them and our stay here.

"We stayed at Villa 18 for a couple of months in May/June 2018 when we first moved to Sweden, and we would highly recommend this apartment. We instantly felt very at home and welcome. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable, including comfortable beds, a large couch, spacious living areas, and a full-equipped kitchen. We also had access to the small outdoor area, and there is a large park across the road, perfect for families with small kids. It is also very well placed, an easy walk into the Centre of town, with a supermarket and takeaway options close by. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and even gave us advice that assisted us to settle into the local area and understand how things work in Sweden. We have many good memories from our time there."
